So... my goal is to finish 20 discs a week for the next 3 weeks in preperation for the Beaver State Fling. We will have a booth around tournament central and will be selling some of the most unique dye jobs in our area.

So far i have 25 dyed and finished, with 6 on deck, 1 in the pan as i type, and 15 more patterns ready to go. I used up 10 yards of vinyl today... HAHA So off to the store i go for 50 more yards. :D

Following are a couple pictures i took minutes ago of my progress.

here are some of the patterns waiting to used.

those look sweet. I can't help but notice the Bowser one. I'm thinking of making all my discs Mario themed once I start dying after school gets out.

Well I will be there playing in the BSF man and since we are in the northwest I would recommend continiuing to make the stamps with the native american artwork on them. The teebird stamp is excellent and I could see many people buying one including myself (especially if you could incorporate black and red in it) Nice work man!

Very nice work.

I do have a question. Are you not concerned about trademark infringement?
I am not trying to give you a hard time, heck if anything trying to give you a heads up!

I am genuinely curious if you are concerned about that, however.

For all I care you can reproduce coca cola and NFL logos... but THEY might not like it too much, if ya get my drift.

yeah i try and stay away from trademarked stuff. the bob ombs, bullit, bills and other marios stuff are really recent. 90% of what i have is unique stuff. I Also purchase rights to use artwork all the time. :D

and as far as NFL stuff... i stay away from that as far as i can. unless someone wants raiders, or other crap on a custom disc.

There is really a grey area when using logos, and other stuff. If i was selling 500 NFL discs... yeah thats bad. but 1 corona? 1 king koopa? etc.

keep your name off the stuff and don't do it for "profit" and noone will bother you.

I think people would only care if he had a physical store and was making large chunks of change from this.

Nobody is going after $30 disc sellers it seems.

I really think they should pay us for the advertisment!! Think of how much monster product is out there thanks to the monster disc! Think... we throw and advertise with the cool decals and they dont have to shell out millions for commercials... even though they will anyways...
