There is a spot at my backyard from which it's possible to practice throwing 80-100m straight throws. However, the ground is quite uneven, bumpy and muddy when the outer layer wears out (after just a few throws).

So i'd really need some kind of a teepad to be able to constantly practice throws from that spot.

The teepad should be:
-movable
-easy to install/build
-cheap
-easy to get

First i'd probably have to even out the ground below the teepad, right? How should i do this? And for the teepad, a wooden plate plated with turf would probably be a good idea?

if it has to be moveable i'd say a sheet of plywood coated in that minigolf turf would work, although that would get very wet and slippery if you left it in the rain. You'd have to secure it to the ground somehow as well because the force your applying to it with youre legs might cause it to slip on the ground even when its dry.

A of piece of carpet works great, even when wet and kinda muddy. Try to even out the grade below it before you install it. Use timber spikes and fender washers to hold it into place.

This is what I use. I use 4 x 6 rectangles of automotive interior carpeting (because it was free, not because it was best)

One of our local courses uses upside down carpet, it is pretty gripy and seems to hold up well.
Check this video out at about 45 seconds Avery Jenkins comments on the carpet tee pad.
