Sponsor idea: calamine lotion!

Out throwing today on a woody course (Freedlander Park (http://www.dgcoursereview.com/course.php?id=1291&mode=lnk) in Wooster, OH), and with some close brushes with poison ivy, I was thinking some calamine lotion company should sponsor a tournament or something!

And I am only half-joking! :p

I think you are on to something. I got poison ivy here on the fourth from a course in Bristow, Oklahoma. I knew I shouldn't have gone looking in the brush for that disc!

Yeah OFF! would be another great partner. Part of me thinks that getting some bigger name sponsors might get a bit more recognition for the sport. Next, the Disc Golf Channel!

I can imagine a disc embedded with OFF! & calamine lotion, that also has GPS chip built-in for those really thick undergrowth searches. :)

A GPS chip or even some kind of a small device that beeps would be awesome assuming they were light enough to not effect disc flight.

I've seriously thought about hacking open one of those "key finders" to see what it looks like inside. Those thin, amber-colored plastic printed circuit "boards" would be perfect. Does 3M sell the Post-It note glue by itself? Then you could attach it temporarily to any disc.
