They seem to have a pretty accurate ratings across all companies. What do you guys think?

all of the flight charts are good, all have some flaws. People just throw slightly different than each other.

When I started I took DGC ratings as the gospel. Only problem is I don't throw like the guys do that rate them. DGC is good, Joe's at GGGT is great, but the best way for me is to ask on here what others experiences are with the same disc or better yet get the disc, throw it, see what happens

IMO, charts tell you nothing of how a disc flies, but only how they will fly relative to another disc - you need to learn how a disc works for you before you can make decisions off a chart.

Also, choosing a flight chart that you understand best will help.
Some people only understand Discraft's +3/-3... who knows why.
MarshallStreet (http://marshallstreetdiscgolf.com/htmlpages/flightguide.html) has a very visual chart, and they keep it updated pretty well.
Discgolfcenter basically just threw Innova style ratings on every disc - and AltitudeDiscGolf (altitudediscgolf.com) put them into a pdf.
Joe's Universal (http://gottagogottathrow.com/discgolf/pdf/JoesFlightChart1.pdf) makes better distinctions between HSS and LSS, and takes all plastic varieties into account, but simplifies disc speed and glide into range categories.
If you have no preference at the moment, then take some time to figure out Joe's. It has very accurate power requirements, and will also help you choose discs for your current distances.

DGC can be off at times, seems like the Stalker's ratings were really wack if I remember. I like GGGT using a 3rd party, Joe's...Chart, to rate the discs. Personally, I think Joe's is the most consistent.

The search bar here is a legit disc rating system! :D

Gives everything you'd want to know about a disc, and some things you don't! :D :D :D

This. For any disc you can think of I would almost guarantee there is a thread in here talking about it with more info than you can get from a few numbers on a chart.

I'd love it if DGC had all their disc flight ratings in a list :\ I emailed them about it a few months ago and they said that they didn't (which is BS b/c they have to be stored in a database somewhere to be up on their website). Anybody else care to try to email them and see if they wouldn't mind sending a copy?

This guy is just starting a site, and I encourage you to visit it and contribute. It's not great yet, but it's getting there. http://www.discdevil.com/

Another thing worth mentioning is that the flight charts won't be much better until the manufacturers are more consistent. For example, since I test a lot of discs I can tell you that some of Joe's numbers are not good, especially with stuff released in the last couple of years. This is because they don't have time to keep retesting new runs and often they simply test the first run, rate it, and that's it for years or forever. If you played disc golf very long you know that first runs often get tweaked before the next run and rarely represent how a disc will fly in subsequent runs.
