Impressed by Innova's Customer Service

So I've had an Innova starter bag for about 4-5 months and my strap clip broke so I sent them an e-mail asking about getting a new strap and they sent me a new upgraded strap with a small amount of padding for free! Oh and it took 2 days to get here.
