Hello there,
I've been lurking for a while and finally decided to post as I have a question.

I live near a 9 hole course that I play a lot. The only signage on the course are plastic signs pointing out next tee direction which are helpful even though the distance between is minimal.

My question is: I am interested in making signs for each hole of the course. I have a sign maker that I deal with at work regularly who will take my drawings and apply them to whatever material I wish at a reasonable price. My problem is, I'm wondering if there is a computer program out there (free or minimal cost preferably) to draw up each hole with tee, hole, trees etc all showing?

Any input is much appreciated.

you can use google earth and just draw a path then put it on a paint program and fancy it up. it wouldnt be the best looking thing ever but it would function

Inkscape (inkscape.org) is about as good as it gets for free design programs.

I do all my signs in Photoshop and Illustrator but I am a graphic designer and allready have the programs.

Here is the sign I am working on now.
