I will be heading to play Beaver Ranch from the Vail, CO area Tuesday the 21st. Anyone want to join?
I am meeting my doubles partner there so I'd like to get a foursome together.
Leaving in the mid-AM. Let me know if any one is interested. I have car.

Wish I would have joined the site earlier and seen this. I went today with 3 buddies to get the feel and lay out. Just wow. What a course. See you there this weekend bud

It was a great day at the Ranch.
It was sunny and clear headed down the mountain but when I approached the Floyd Hill exit (where normally the motorist is granted their first glimpses of the Mile High city) a looming fog crept over the foothills. It was almost eerie, visibility was dramatically worse than just moments earlier. Rain didn't start until we got to the parking lot, but like most CO rain showers, it was short-lived.
Some of the pin placements were different from the last time we played, but they were not marked on the tee signs.
On #17, the pro placement was in, and it is spectacular. The basket is about tee-level, but it is 500ft+ away across a huge bowl and is tucked in a pocket of brush. YOWZA
We played doubles style and shot at 61 for 20 holes. Afterwards saw some guys tossing a Condor and MAN is that thing sweet.
Looking forward to the tourney, hopefully be able to take a day off to rest the arm beforehand.
Seeya guys there

That's funny I found a guy's condor on sunday when we were there, I wonder if it was the same guy. He was happy to get that back.
