2012 Ohio vs. Michigan Dates Poll

Okay guys and gals, let's start working on dates. We picked the three choices mainly based on the fact that the Toboggan course will be in the ground, for those daring enough to take on that challenge, plus it should be overall nice weather.

Pick the dates that you would be available for the meet. You can select one, two, or all three dates if they work for you and we'll go with whatever the majority is available for.

This poll will remain open for at least two weeks, closing at the end of January so get your votes in and remember to also vote for your course selections if you haven't already.

Last weekend of May is Memorial Day weekend. That may sway a few voters. I probably wouldn't be able to go that weekend.

Good point, sir! Holiday weekends can make securing sites a lot tougher.

I voted for Memorial Day weekend, but I'd be OK with June 1st-3rd.
Not sure if I can make it June 15th-17th... then again, the world doesn't revolve around me.

Sorry for going a lil off topic .. But i am deff looking forward to Shooting with all of u .... But i have Been going to DEMF for the last 7 years every year on memorial Day weekend .....

well, the dates are all pretty tough for me, since I will be busy running a few local dg events. However, I am going to try my hardest to at least be able to make a day trip down to throw some discs with ya'll.

It doesn't look like Memorial Weekend is gonna pull off a win, so hopefully all of you will be able to make it out to this. Four days left to vote, poll will close around 8:00PM on the 31st, with everything being official on February 1st. Once the dates are set we will start posting camping and other accommodation information as well as the event schedule.

After the 1st we will also start taking official donations for prizes. If you have anything to donate it would be greatly appreciated and help make this event. I know a couple people have already contacted me and post, I will confirm back with everyone that has and take down names and the items to be donated, of course you will just have to bring them with you, I don't expect to have you all ship them or anything.

Once we get the schedule down we will also start talking player's packs. Probably gonna do something along the lines of what we did at the Ohio Meet last year, discs, shirts, etc, we'll need to get started on artwork and disc selections as soon as we can.

GREEEEEEEEEEEEAT. it doesn't matter, after i burn them all they will weigh about 95-120 lol, so go for the heavy ;)
