So back before I knew really anything about disc golf or how to play well I randomly bought a DX Orc for some reason. I hated the disc and never used it after my first time playing. I now know that I didn't have the arm for it to fly the way it should but now I seem to have too much arm as I tried throwing it in a field the other day. I was able to hyzer flip it for some pretty good distance and was pleasantly suprised

My question is: Do other plastics for the Orc have similar characteristics or are the other ones more overstable? (P.S. i don't reaally know anything about Innova so I need basic explanations)

Yes.

The Champion Orc starts out as a very stable (and somewhat overstable) disc and stays that way for a long time. After that long time period though, it will start to wear in pretty quickly and become a lot like your dx disc. But that's a long time.

The Star Orc will start off as stable as the Champion Orc, but will have a much more uniform pattern of wearing in, and will probably never wear in to the point that the DX one has.

So basically don't look into buying a better platic if i'm looking to hyzer flip?

I have a friend that hyzer flips his Star Orc without fail from new. He throws them as light as he can find them, though (low 160s).
