Because I am still playing as many courses as I can I don't really care if they are great or not I am going for volume still. After I have played all the courses in the Northern suburbs (up to WI) and also in the Rockford area, I will make trips to include my favorites of the areas, but I am currently going for volume.

Where is the tourney? What course and time?

Well I hit everything in the top corner of Illinois. I woke up at 4:45 got on the road about 5:20 after filling the tank in the Honda. I got to the first course by 6:10 or so. In this order I hit Adler Park in Libertyville, then tried to play Warren Township but the park doesnt open until 8:00 AM and I got there about 7:10 so I went to Central Park in Grayslake, and then back to Warren Township in Gurnee to play got there about 7:50 and the gate was open so I went and played my round. Then on to Fairfield Park in Round Lake. I almost chickened out and skipped the Mchenry high school west in Mchenry, but figured it wasn't even 11:00 AM yet so why not mostly because there were no reviews posted on this course yet. The best school course I have played so I was not unhappy. Back through some small towns and I remembered where a small town sub shop was so I stopped for lunch at Tony's Subs. Very good sandwich and much needed as I was getting tired after my first 56 holes of the day. Ia te my sandwich and headed north to Longwood Centre Park in Lake Villa, 2 baskets missing and some goofy setup. I did manage to measure the first 7 holes but didnt find 8 tee or measure 9 because it was a stupid hole right over a pond that onl the top pros could clear with ob on the right o the pond and a thin narrow fairway left of the pond so I refused to measure it. I took a 4 and walked away! On to Antioch for Tim Osmond Sports complex. Not a bad course at all, and the course I planned on skipping in Waukegan called my name because it still was before 2 PM so I backtracked about 10 miles out of my way to go play it and it was worth the trip so I had an awesome day. My reviews will be coming this week for those in the area or those interested in the McHenry High school course since there were no reviews yet but 4 people have played it from the site???? Whats up wirth that? Why doesnt everyone review courses?
