We have an upcoming tournament (Wildcat Springs A-Tier) and I was told that we could pre-register on PDGA's website. I can't figure out how to do that. I would like to get my registration in soon because this is going to fill fast and I don't want to get left out lol. I was told that Jay & Des and Avery & Val have already confirmed that they are coming. Any help will be appreciated.

They haven't started the pre-registration yet. You will see a little pen and ink bottle icon on the pdga schedule next to the Wildcat Springs event when its open. The little yellow book icon is the registration list.

sidewinder22 is talking about the icons on the standard PDGA tour schedule page:
http://www.pdga.com/tour-schedule?startMonth=9&startYear=2009
But a lesser known secret/trick is to go directly to the PDGA signup site:
http://www.pdgasignup.com/Qstore/Qstore.cgi?CMD=009&DEPT=1234502540
sometimes the event will be available there before the links/icons show up on the tour schedule page.

Thanks to both of you. That'll help a lot.
BTW, I've decided to pre-register with the tournament director when our league starts on the 16th, if that;s alright with him.

I've personally found the PDGA online registration (in fact most all online registration sites) to be a big ripoff that should only be used if its the only way available, or you're short on time and don't have time or ability to snail mail it or pay in person. Why pay $2-4 bucks for what you can do the same thing the old way for 44 cents and an envelope?

Obviously, you're paying more than you absolutely have to in that case. But a lot of tournaments in our area have been selling out far in advance, some within a matter of a few days after registration opens, so the difference between online and snail-mail registration may be the difference between being a player and being a bystander. Also, if (like me) you like to be able to deal with something when you're thinking about it, instead of having to go find the checkbook, find the stamps, find an envelope, etc., online registration allows you to just do it. And many (most?) tournaments aren't set up to take on site payment via credit card, so if you prefer to pay that way it may be the only option. It's paying for convenience, but sometimes that's worth it to me. And as long as there's another option that doesn't require you to pay the fee, it's entirely up to you which you choose.
The fact is that there are hard-dollar costs for any entity that offers online payment. Some choose to offset those costs by tying up the TD to offer payout through them, others pass the costs and a profit along as part of the registration.
