How often do you get out?

After seeing a thread about some phenomenal disc golf streaks I was curious as to how often everyone here plays. My brother-in-law and I play once a week-usually 27 holes and we play year round. I also practice drivng in an open field probably 2-3 times per month.

I try to get out 2 or 3 times a week. I used to go daily but a lot of my friends gave up the sport so often times I end up going out by myself which results directly in me going out less since it's not quite as fun.

Once in a blue moon I'll end up playing alone, it's not near as fun.

Right now I'm on a leave from work so I've been playing 4-6 times a week for the last 2 months. Sometimes it's only a quick 9 holes or some putting practice for 15 - 20 minutes but I like to keep my game up.

Also, I do like playing alone sometimes with my ipod I just cruise around the course and I find it relaxing.

I try to get in at least two to three rounds a week. I'm averaging 9.5 holes a day for my short ~9 month disc golf career.

Lately I have been playing 4 to 5 rounds a week, weather permitting. I tend to go by myself as well since I am somewhat new to the area.

I try to play at least 3 times a week. I play by myself the majority of the time, especially early on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Over a year, I probably average playing once a week, but the schedule is erratic. Every once in a while I'll take a long weekend and get to play several days in a row, and other times, I won't see a course for weeks... This weekend is a long weekend and is the West Virginia Open (http://www.dgcoursereview.com/forums/calendar.php?do=getinfo&e=169&day=2008-8-30&c=1) -- my favorite tourney of the year -- so I'm excited about getting to play lots of golf out in the WV mountains.

My local course is 9 holes so I play there 1-3 rounds at least 3 nights (7:00 - 9:00pm) per week. I usually play a couple 18 hole courses during the day somewhere around town about twice per week. I would play every day if I didn't have a wife and three kids.

I try to hit my practice field with my basket on Thursdays or Saturdays. I try to do all my practice work and putting there, and then I usually play 27-36 holes on Sunday afternoons. One in a while I play on Saturdays. My goal also is to try to hit at least 5-6 tournaments a year. Its hard from me to play more than that because of my work schedule

I probably play 2-3 times a week now when I'm in town. When I'm working out of town it depends on if there's courses around. I always bring my discs though. I just started playing again after taking about 6 years off. During those 6 years I played maybe 2-3 times a year. Prior to that I played a ton.

I'm a fair weather golfer now. I don't play in the rain or the cold so winters are out.

I play a good 18 to 36 holes once a week. Usually on the weekend. If I can get more in I do, but the average is once a week with an extra once a week in the park throwing drivers with the wife and dogs.

I play 2-4 times a week depending on my schedule at work. I play a weekly friendly tourny tuesdays with the local group if I don't work that day. I've been trying to hit all the local courses in the area, Richmond, VA will probably next, after Ace Run Ranch.

I play 18 holes once a week on sunday mornings, since the local course (the only one in the country) is a temp course only set up then. They tried to get approval to make the baskets permanent, but el gobierno gave it the ole thumbs down "because its a public park"

Weak sauce, but im thankful i even get to play at all.

The next time you are out playing a round, regardless of how it goes, you should be happy knowing that you have a course, probably several, waiting for you every day of the week. Appreciate.

I go 2-4 times a week right now. Some weeks I can squeeze in 6 days straight. I try to play 1 round & practice or do 2 rounds each time I go.

Right now I work nights and my wife works days. I have a 20 month old so I can't get out during the day. So right now I only get to play about 2 to 3 times a month. I have gotten pretty good considering that I have only played for a year and didn't play all winter and have only gotten to go out about a dozen times this summer. I just recently got a basket for home and added some chains so that I can practice my putting while my son naps :).

I work nights as well and since I work really close to the course, I sometimes hit it for a quick 18 on the way home. I play a weekly mini and try to get 2 or 3 other rounds a week.

I can only manage one day on the weekends. If it's not a tournament I'm attending I try to play at least 3 rounds at, at least 2 courses. I do get to leave town for a long weekend sometimes though purely for DG.

I'm a student and have the Summer off. So as you would imagine I have been playing lots of Disc. I probably get out there with friends everyday and play a round at least. Most days we play a round in the early afternoon and hit the course up one more time early evening. When my friends don't make it, which is rare; I still get out there and play a few rounds. So yeah I guess I've been playing every day since the beginning of June minus maybe 3-5 days. Damn, I play a lot of Disc Golf.
