Backups that you are familiar with (There will be some water out there)
snacks/large water bottle
Extra towels
extra underwear/socks
a caddy
money (to buy everything else you forgot)
cell phone charger
I have a history of forgetting my disc golf shoes (I know it seems stupid, but maybe worth mentioning)

Bring winter clothing, I know its supposed to be nice, but it was supposed to be last year too and Saturday morning was 24 degrees. And I was wearing shorts, because my scrub A$$ was not prepared.

Anytime I am traveling to play DG I bring twice as many socks and towels as I think I will need.

Got the winter clothes. Got tons of extra socks/underwear and even a couple extra pairs of shoes haha. Didn't think of the towels.

And if you're driving and mechanically savvy, a small toolbox with the necessities. Pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers and duct tape. Also, do a visual inspection of your vehicle and make sure your spare is inflated and your radiator is topped off.

What do you mean it's suppose to be nice??? Have you even looked at the forecast for Emporia that weekend?

Bring everything waterproof possible. Extra towels and shoes. It's going to be a WET one!

Your favorite micro brews. They might not have them if you're travelling far.

There will plenty of brew to be had. Only your garden variety liquor store micro brews. Bring some nice clothes, you aren't going to want to look like the average disc golfer to the lovely college girls walking around at the Block Party! It is going to be a real wiener roast, so you are going to want to stand out!

a lot of people use it for extra grip. Since it's going to be wet for the gbo I assume that was the reason.
