I am new to disc golf. I plan on bringing a large group to play Borderland as a team building exercise. Do I need to contact anyone? I hunted around and could not find any contact person. The State Park Official said to just show up and play because there are no reservations. I just wanted to double check on this site.
Thanks.

Check the NEFA board for possible conflicts with your group and league night groups..........the next tournament there is Oct 10th

The only conflicts you would have are what CaptainAnhyzer said. Otherwise just show up and play. Disc golf does not have teetimes or anything like ball golf.

Actually I was at Borderland a month ago and there can be some conflicts...seems the grounds are quite pretty and often a wedding will be in progress, one entire hole becomes a parking area during these events. Also I have heard of camping festivals which eliminate many of the holes. If you are the organizer by all means get reassurance that there will be no conflict. For the most part you can show up and play but would be smart to call the Office and verify it. Have fun there are beginner tees and baskets which are still fun and challenging there...hope you all have fun!
