Try Williamson County Park just north of Austin. Very beautiful, very technical, very long, very difficult, very fun. It costs $1.00 to play but you get a scorecard with map printed on the back.

Well if you ever make it up to Michigan I'll show you a few good ones.

Home base in Austin. In addition to Williamson County Park, play Circle C (south Austin), Pease Park (central Austin), Old Settler's in Round Rock (north of Austin). Wimberly's Circle R ranch (hosts World Amateur Doubles) and the new facility half an hour away in Dripping Springs are supposed to be great too, but sadly I haven't been.

Are you moving to Austin?

Yes, as soon as I finish school and I sell my house, May at the earliest. In the mean time, I'll be there to visit a couple of times.

Circle R in Wimberly is disc golf heaven :)

Out in the middle of nowhere with awesome views of the Hill Country and some very challenging holes. I've never played a quieter round of golf in my life!

How are the courses in the southern part of the state. We are thinking Corpus Christi/ McAllen Area. Are there some quality, technical, wooded courses there?
