Going to Boston (MIT) then Atlantis Bahamas later

I have 2 trips that will be coming up in the next 2 months and both will be without a vehicle. The first is Boston, staying at Le Meridian on MIT campus just for 1 night and then 7 days at the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas for Thanksgiving.

Would it be worthwhile to bring my bag to either destination, considering I'll be without a vehicle? Any input is appreciated as I don't know either area at all.

Not for Boston. Closest courses are well outside of Metro Boston so unless you have friends that want to do a field trip there is no reason.

Atlantis... who cares abut disc golf? That place is amazing. Just forget about the rest of Nassau and stay on the resort. Seriously, the city is an absolute dump.
