Ace Race Player Packs re-orders

Any Ace Race TD's here?
Have you tried to order additional Player Packs for your Ace Race?
I am trying to find out how long it will take to get additional Player Packs for my Ace Race and I'm getting no help from the ordering house.
My first order for Player Packs went in on Sep 14th and didn't even get shipped until the 24th. Now I don't know if I have time to order additional PP's for my overflow.
I've sent several emails, but I'm getting no response.
Any helpful ideas??

I'm running an Ace Race this Sunday. I ordered 30 player packs on 09/12 and got them on 09/24...unfortunately, most people decided to "pre-register" AFTER the cut-off date, and now it looks like I'll be turning people away on the day of since I'm sold out of packs. Discraft suggests that you order your final (or only) batch of player packs no later than 2 weeks before your event, so as long as you complied with this you should have them in time...when is your Ace Race???

A side note for any Ace Race TDs: When I received my player packs and the winner pack (10 discs, a towel, a custom "Ace Race 2009 winner" mini, and a disc golf bag), there was a note in there stating that the bags were on backorder. No word when I'll get mine other than "it will be shipped when we have it available." So, whoever wins my event will get a plastic grocery bag full of their 10 discs and have to wait...you'd think Discraft would've planned ahead for this!

Something you could do for walk-ups if you're short player packs: If they can find a registered player who is willing to let them use one of their discs, allow them to play for $10. That's $10 pure profit for your course or club, and whether or not they actually get to keep the disc is up to the person who loans it to them. I've also got players registered who played in a previous Ace Race that get the same deal...instead of having to buy another pack, they can play with their 2009 Ace Race discs for $10.

I've really got no suggestions on expediting your shipment; sorry for the tangential response!

The TD at a recent ace race I went to had the same problem because of folks registering late, or coming and trying to pay the day of the event. He tried to find couples, or obvious buddies that would be willing to split/share their player pack for the event so each had a disc to throw. He took down the names and addresses of those that split and sent the missing player packs when they came in.

I'll be running the Ace Race for my second year and i took a chance and ordered 12 extra player packs last year. Had 7 leftovers that sold at a discounted rate within a week or two. Since this years' disc is a putter i figure i'll have no problem selling off leftovers(how can you say no to a $5 putter). The hats and minis go pretty quick too.
