OK, for scoring purposes, what is the penalty if any, for being treed and Water hazards and Out of bounds? We were talking last night about ball golf and it came up that if you go into the water its a two stroke penalty (one for out of the water and one to place it) is that the same in Disc Golf? And what about getting Treed or landing OB?

OB & water are one stroke penalties. IF the 2-meter rule is in effect then stuck more than 2-meters high in a tree (or anything) is also a one stroke penalty.

Hmmm? 2 strokes in ball golf? Your rules are kind of tough. It should be 1 penalty stroke plus distance. AND that depends on how the course is set up (drop zone), your choice in the matter of where to play it from and if you hit ground first before going in... doesn't it?

Not MY rules! I don't even play ball golf, just a discussion with friends that do play ball golf and disc golf. Why would I play ball golf when I have a bag of discs? Balls are for baseball and dodgeball, LOL.

Penalties are different in ball golf. Some are just 1 stroke but OB is stroke and distance( which usually amounts to 2 strokes. In Dg to my knowledge all penalties are 1 stroke. Their was a thread on OB earlier which got into some of this.

WE USE ONE STROKE AND PLAY IT WHERE IT WENT OB, ETC.

I thought ball golf only counts one penalty stroke for being in a hazard or OB, but your score includes the stroke you used to hit it in the hazard. In other words, if I hit my tee shot, and the ball rolls OB, I count one stroke for the tee shot and one stroke for the drop. At that point, I'm lying two, and my next swing is the third stroke. Am I saying what amounts to the same thing?

Ball golf has different rules for OB and a water hazard. A hazard would be one stroke and drop the ball. OB is stroke AND distance. You count 1 penalty but you also have to go back to where you hit the shot. So if it was your tee shot you are hitting three but from the tee not from where you landed or went OB.

What's ball golf?
Are people now throwing basketballs or soccer balls at our chain baskets?

Are people now throwing basketballs or soccer balls at our chain baskets? Not to my knowledge, but it sounds like a great idea for a new sport. I think you would have to kick the soccer balls, not throw them.
