Colorado - New Course in Longmont?

I stumbled upon the Badco forums today and saw that someone had posted about a new course in Longmont (not Loomiller)

Anyone here have enough information to add it to the directory?

Also, does anyone know if Lakewood Dry Gulch is coming back like the description on its extinct page (http://www.dgcoursereview.com/course.php?id=1459) says?

Sounds like that was a decent course that got unfortunately run out by RTD light rail not too long ago.

It'd be nice to know if the contractors are keeping to their word and actually doing something to get the new layout installed.

The new Longmont course is in centennial park. I may try to hit it up later this week. Not sure about paco sanchez, just rumors that it will be back at some point.
