I had an idea, but I'm not sure if this already happens. In the NBA they have a skills challenge which is how well and efficiently they can perform the basics. The players must dribble around obstacles, shoot a few baskets from the perimeter, and perform bounce and chest passes through vertical rings. The fastest to successfully do all of those things, wins.

But I was wondering if they did this in disc golf. They could drive and get the disc so far from the basket to move on to the next part, then do approach shot getting the disc even closer and when they get the disc close enough move on, and make putts from different spots, and time ends when they sink the putts. I know disc golf not about speed but this might be fun.
This could be like a round robin tournament or something.
Let me know what you think.
