I Had a great time at Ellison park a couple of weeks ago and i was debating whether or not to post about it. However, here i am. I was having a great time until the end when i wasn't sure it was even over. There wasn't food like they used to have, the free disc was cool however i did have to pay $15.00 to enter the tourney. I guess my point is that I(jmo) felt it wasn't worth paying for a tourney in which i could of easily gotten 3 people to go play for free and have the same outcome. There was just nothing in the end and half the people there did'nt even know the tourney was over. 1 round ? please. I really want to get more involved in this sport and am even willing to pay for the membership. It's always nice to make good friends this way. It's always nice to see some old faces too. If this is how the tourney's are ran now which I feel is not worth it at this point , then i will not put my time and effort into it. Could someone please give me some more insight on this club in the Rochester, New York area.? Maybe i just went to a bad tourny? Who knows. Thanks for reading this and realize this was not meant to bash anyone, It is in hopes that the person or persons that run these events will maybe make it better in the future as i was not the only first timer to notice. thank you all for your time.:)
