Ha, no, the reserved list is still safe, I think.

I like the idea of having two distinct blocks per year; keeps things interesting. Could be a veiled money grab; the Core Sets had so many reprints, established players already had a bunch of the cards. Now, if they cut back on reprints, those veteran players will need to buy more cards?

I thought you might have found the new Standard rotation interesting - did ya see the neat animated graphics near the end?

Interesting....didn't read the whole thing. Gist seemed to be that they're finally acknowledging that they've overprinted reprints/remakes and general set sizes for years, which isn't a big surprise. With the addition of mythics it makes a lot more sense to shrink the card pool, which I thought they had already taken steps towards. This just continues that direction, unless I'm missing something...

They didn't say they're gonna reprint dual-lands or anything like that at the end, did they?

Yeah, I knew the prize table'd be a chit show (re: organization, not re: actual prizes).

Glad I left my stuff there vs. having to go back to put it up for grabs. :reliefsmiley:

I think we hit the road around 6. It took quite a while. I am very tired today all right.

    That's what I thought.

    Thanks for Captaining again, Cap'n!

I had a good time but had to split immediately after West City...no way I was going back to the prize table and waiting 8 more hours while everyone got their shizz together.

What time did the prize stuff get going? Did anyone find a red aviar (stamp worn off)?

Half a squirt; and that's only on Sundays. So on average, 1/14 or approximately 7% a squirt per day. Squirts range from a pea that's been stepped on, to a small egg yolk.

But yeah, I dunno, it's pretty much up in the air. You are a friend of a friend of a friend... It's not a good place to be. :shrugsmilie:
