(all you really need is a POS camera, a cheap ass tripod, and some sort of video editing program...I use Windows Movie Maker, a total POS program, but it gets the job done)

They get better as they go along, because I was figuring out the animation process as I went. Episode 5 is about halfway finished, but I've kinda stopped working on it for now.
