Thanks for the post. I actually confronted the two again, and with some hardball trading I got my discs back... It wasn't the ideal way to get a disc back, but hey, it worked.

I saw your post about the lost discs. I wasn't going to read the whole thread, but thought I'd pass along some wisdom that counters what most people believe.

A lost item is still your property. If the finder does not return it when they are able, it is stolen. If you know how to find these people, you could call the police and report that they have your property. Unfortunately, if you don't have proof, they can just deny it.
