No. They are a proposal of what I'm hearing that you guys want them to say.
Most of it is the same, but the "League Rules" have been modified. The old rule said "If one or both members cannot make a scheduled league night the team can choose to use their drop week and not play, one member of the team can play 'Cali' rules or a substitute can be used for one or both players." The old rules never said anything about what score you would receive if you did not show.
What I posted will have to be reworded, because you don't really "use" a drop week. I'll have to tweak it a bit, but you get the jist. All it really needs to say is if you do not play you get a 90; if you have two 90's and one drop week the fact that one of those 90's will count toward your overall score is pretty self-explanatory.
