This Sunday 12/19 I will be holding a members meeting after the round. It will be after the round so any one who hates mornings can show. Details and ideas will brought up then and voted on. Right now lets not get to cought up in how things are layed out, the memeber meeting is tihe time to discus this. Untill then lets play golf. If everyone wants to i will call it sooner.
Sooner would most likely be the best option in my opinion otherwise and from the lack of participation on Sunday, I think this could all fold.
Ok we will do it after the round this Sunday.
Things that I think need to be figured out at the Meeting are
1. Should we have a schedule or have next round be decide at previous meetup?
2. How many home courses should we have?

3. How often should the home courses be changed?
Never 4 months 6 months 12 month Other______
4. How should the Rules of the Round be set?
"Event Director", Club before round, Standard set on all rounds, Other_____
5. What are the home courses?
Anyone have anything else they want to throw out there?
Is there any way we can vote on this online? I'm going to be busy with stuff in January and won't be able to make it til most likely late in the month.
I would really prefer to do a vote and figure out things that need to be in person because of two main reasons.
First I would have to say that half of the dedicated members do not have an on-line presence on here or are not active on this site.
Plus so far on-line decision making has led to nothing but bickering among members. So far we have lost a member and some one who was going to help run this, because of on-line decision making. We have all seen how tempers and opinions get skewed online.
If you can't make this meeting this weekend and something is decided by the majority of members that anyone can't live with, then please bring it up at the next meet up you can make. Anything that is decided this weekend is not set in stone. I hope most people will realize that we are going to have to change and adapt to the needs of the club.
I think we have really overcomplicated allot of things, and I realize that allot of this is my fault. I spent the first day creating an outline for how I thought a group could be structured. People got caught up in allot of details that really was just an outline of a structure and the way I though things should be run.
If anyone can't make the round then I will gladly text them when we are getting close to being done that way they can show up for the meeting. If you can not make time to make the round or meeting then please bring up at the next meetup you can make.

or if you'd like you can always shoot us a PM about your views and we'll bring them up in the meeting. i think that'd be the way to go so we don't start a flame war based on a technicality you know?
Most likely I'm going to be busy for the forseeable future so y'all do whatever y'all do and I'll play when I can. I stated my case for fewer main courses to grow the club but again I might not be able to make any rounds anyway so y'all should play where it makes you happy.
Ok Update on what all was decided.
We will only have one home course which is Manor, and we will play it on the first weekend of every month. Course selection will be done at the end of the round by the group for next week. Bob is are offical Event Director.
