That's an interesting combo! I am glad you gave that Hot Chip a second chance, it is one of my favs of that genre. And like I said, the live set from Bonaroo 2007 is really, really good.

I've been jamming out to Velvet Underground; I appreciate it more and more now that I can identify the songs a little better. At first it all sounded pretty similar, but that is definitely not true of course. Also really dig that Magazine album! Too many to list!

We definitely need to meet up for discin'/card-playing. I will have to go through and organize my cards soon; I don't really know what I have. I've been busy as H lately; job-hunting (upgrade), organizing my books, my video games, a new cage for my guinea pig, advanced lawn care, it's been super hectic. I've only played 72 holes this hole month!!!

Absolutely. I've been going a little crazy not being able to get out the last couple weeks.

It should heal on it's own over the next few months, if it doesn't it could mean surgery but I'm hoping not.

All the swelling and pain is gone, but apparently I tore the muscle that opens and closes the pupil so it doesn't react to light at all. It's mostly not a major problem, I can do everything I need to do it's just a little blurry and extra light sensitive.
