What's the name, so I can be sure to check it out tonight? I also have home-made musics in case you're ever interested. A few band things but mostly solo 8-track stuffs.

Nah, I was supposed to head up to Flip this w/e but Chris had to bail on me, so I'm kinda 50/50 on going up alone. I might go next w/e, maybe this w/e. Just trying to scare up some competition.

I think I'll most likely be down for Mem Day w/e, but I'm not 100% sure yet...just kinda depends on the job hunt stuffs, but I'm guessing it'll be a go.

    Homemade? As in your handiwork?

I have not. I'm still awash in gigs and gigs of new music from Joe and hognosesucker, and trying to sort it all out.

I'm heading to Flip either this w/e or next...sound interesting?

Haven't listened to Caribou or Beach House yet, although I'll have plenty of time comin' up soon.

I like the Yeasayer probably the best out of all the stuff I've listened to so far...nice poppy world music feel to much of it, while still feeling fresh. Never loses that rock vibe.

    You panned my home courses!!!!

    Good reviews, sir...s.

Listened to some Yeasayer last night (can't remember if you gave me that this time or last, but I liked it!)

Actually, I kinda came around on the Arcade Fire. It's i-ite. It's pretty much Velvet Underground-lite, though.

One important thing to realize is that I give credit for "who came first." Herbie Hancock: 1982 or 83-ish. Chromeo, a BAD version of Hancock type stuffs done almost three decades later certainly doesn't hold as much weight for me. Kinda same thing with Arcade Fire...it's a tamer version of stuff the Velvets were doing in the mid- to late- sixties.

I told you I was a music nerd.

Jukeshoe's music taste: <---a mystery wrapped in an enigma.

Also, all Kuggers should be friends.

Juke told me to thank you for the Neon Indian suggestion, so I'll give you credit where credit is due.

What kind of dope doesn't like Chromeo?

Oh hey, forgot to mention...checked out that Interpol last night.

I also finally deleted that Chromeo. Gave it four full shots, and it kept getting more and more annoying with each listen.

My buddy Joe has been diggin' the Neon Indian...seems to be an "auto-like."
