kTalked with Johann at Manitowalk in the Park....I'm a friend of John Dorn's and had played with Yohann and a bunch of the boys a month or month; weekend of the GMO. Asked him if he was interested in putting together a Tendick team for an event a Foundation Park DGC, Centrailia, Ill., buddy and I are putting together; i.e. teams playing at West Lake Park and Camden 2 in the Quad Cities. Two of the best courses ever. West Lake has some of the craziest water holes you'll ever see....anyway, Johann said it seemed like a fun idea. Thought I would pass word along to you. Get in touch with him and others and see if you guys are interested.

Oh, we played all 18, and actually didn't get too lost...we found our way pretty easily from basket to next tee, just a few spots where I had to scout ahead to see where exactly we were shooting to. I posted a review, too, which I'll probably change/update after I play it a few more times. I think it's probably worth at least half-a-disc more on my rating; I just gotta check it out a little more.

I checked out Tendick on Father's Day with my wife and kids, and had a blast! It kinda came up on a moment's notice, and since we were having a family day, I thought it'd be best just to keep it as that, but I'll definitely be down again soon and would like to play with a local. I'll let you know when I'm headed back down.

Any idea on when they change up the pin positions or if there's a schedule to their locations? It'd be nice to know in advance where I'm going to be shooting to...
