Your views and your writing seem mature.

I believe the so-called 'chucker' problem may be regional, that some locales across the country are more prone to vandalism and littering at courses. I am fortunate to live near a well-regarded and reviewed course that is on county park land. This problem is not so evident here, or at the other courses nearby.

Your point about the national anti-littering campaign in the 70's is well-taken by someone who remembers it well.
