They're numbered tags that usually belong to different clubs. If you beat somebody and they have a lower number you get their tag. After a year you get to see who's the lowest. I designed the ones for Casitas. The top 10 are gold.

Wife and two little kids. Not much DG on those days.

I may make it to the T.O. monthly. Have you played that course? It's not as tough as Casitas.
