If I were to get a Buzzz is there a way to get the front of it to have a face on it, like this??

yes and no... buy a buzzz premium plastic then go to the dying thread, ship it to one of them to dye it for you and there you have it or maybe they can buy it and save you some shiping costs just a thought or start dyeing yoursef

or get dynamic do dyemax it for you
