What would you do?
Its a straight shot to the basket about 250ft away. There are dense trees on the right of the fairway, two trees in the middle (pine trees in the middle, so no branches are in the way, just trunks) and a 15 to 20 foot wide creek to the left.
The gap down the fairway starts out at 15 ft (first 50 ft of the hole is open, you have to hit that 15ft gap). Branches hang over so you have to hit a low line. the fairway slowly opens to about 35-40ft wide. you can go to the left or right of the fairway trees. Discs tend to skip when they land on the surface near the basket. If you throw RHBH, you risk it going left at the end of the flight and skipping into the creek. and if you throw RHFH the trees and low canopy seem to be right in the way.... So what would you do? |
RHBH something like a buzzz that rarely skips. but
i would have to see it in person to say for sure. |
Curse whoever made the course, go home and make biscuits and gravy.
Then return the next day and throw a Buzzz straight down the middle. |
Park it with putter
|
Sounds like a particular hole? Which one?
I'd go to the right, aiming 15-20' to the right of the basket. I'd have to see the hole to say what type of disc, but I don't want to play with that creek. I'd rather need to nail a 40' putt if I mess up than be OB. |

Putter or stable/understable mid. RHBH
RHFH with an OS mid is fun too. (Gator flex shot). Lots of options |
I think hyzer flip into turnover for a right tracking flight over the creek and around the fairway trees. Flippy Leopard perhaps.
