Darn it. Course link: Elon Park, Angry Beaver
I was fortunate enough to play well at this course at Worlds. The Angry Beaver can be REALLY ANGRY. On this hole, I believe I threw my Cryztal FLX Drone on a hyzer to the far side of the landing area, then went with a beat DX Roc anny approach for the birdie opportunity, which I converted. The only difference now is that I no longer carry a Roc. I don't think I would change my approach to the hole: get 175-200' to the generous landing area safely, and make a nice 200-225' approach to the circle. |
Fuse, then Wizard for the upshot and putt.
ss wiz to the safe spot
ss wiz or pro d buzzz to the basket ss wiz to get back on the fairway/approach ss wiz for par hopefully |
Wizard, wizard, wizard.
KC Aviar off the tee. Fuse on the approach. Hydra to putt.
Spider off the tee, Panther from the landing area.
birdied in Worlds as well. Zone off the tee...the real problem that almost everyone has is pushing through the fairway on their first shot. similar to #4 Idlewild(scrapyard) in Charlotte. Then a sidearm Eagle or Drone depending on your location in the fairway.
Glow Gator or Drone then possibly a RHFH Eagle-X or Gator or Drone depends where I'm at
This probably won't go well, but: Flat Firebird skip around the corner, then a Stingray approach, putt.
