Clear Discraft Z Dyes?
Anyone have examples? Specifically, solid color flight plate dyes? I'm wanting to dye the flight plate on a couple of clear Z run discs - I'm thinking something like a translucent light blue. Does anyone do this sort of dye regularly and would be interested in work?

I'd recommend dying the inside of the flight plate. Then you'd still have the clear rim and an awesome 2 toned disc.

My thoughts exactly - it would look particularly cool on a mid-range, I'd think. Like a baby blue with a clear coat. Though I wonder what it would do to an existing white bottom stamp - like many of Discraft's LE Z and Cryztal discs?

Discraft team member Scott Papa does a lot of dyes on z plastic, with many available for view on Hyzer Farm eBay store (search HyzerFarm). Good inventory, great selection since I'm mentioning them.
That being said, they are mostly tie dye or nondescript color combo techniques and not stencil or image too much. So reference only as he's not generally interested in taking commission work. |

I have an example its a clear challenger not a solid dye but one that I think is awesome. The lilly pads are on top and the fish on the bottom.

I have dyed a bunch of geometric stuff on cryztal z. It would be easy to do what you are asking and I would be happy to do so. Here's some samples of what I have done.
