Prodigy Players in the bag

I would love to know what discs these players are throwing. Not necessarily the Prodigy plastic but the other stuff. When pros can carry a mixed bag I think it's awesome to see what they think really flies well, no matter the manufacturer. I loved seeing the recent in the bag video for Devan Owens. Anyone have any insight?

Great to know. I see many pros prefer the xxx over the firebird and pred. I wonder why. I carry a pd and fd as well. The pd is a great mold, very versatile and controllable between a fairway and distance driver. It's perfect, could be the best overall driver...straight with a fade, can be thrown fh and bh, and can power down well and be thrown hard. I am intrigued that he prefers the fd over the teebird. I also like the fd and find it more versatile than the teebird, but believe one should carry both the s line and more stable c line.

I know that Nikko was throwing a Destroyer at Master's Cup a few weeks ago.

'Splain.

Yeah I have also heard that specifically 10 of the prodigy players are carrying destroyers at the moment. Seems really strange to me, A good d1 or d2 can't be too different.

I wouldn't doubt it. Although prodigy makes nice drivers, d1 and d3 are nice. The destroyer seems more versatile to me. D1 is overstable with good glide and slight turn with a strong finish and may be somewhat comparable to a destroyer, if thy can get it consistent. D3 flies great on a hyper flip line. It is a very unique driver.

Sure. But aren't these guys SUPPOSED TO BE THROWING THE DISCS THAT THEY'RE REPRESENTING???

If I were Innova, my ad campaign would OWN this disconnect.

"Congrats to Prodigy Team Member Nikko Locastro and his Innova Star Destroyer for finishing 2nd at the ABCD Championships in Barfville, AK!"

Nikko and Will will be on team MVP in time. :)
