The angle was best starting out. I wish that had been the finishing angle.

Neat. You have a pretty big turn when you reach back, you basically turn all the way around. Does this directly contribute to shot power and distance? I don't think I do quite a full 180 like that and I also don't throw incredibly far.

Hmmm...

Yes it does. One thing I do to power down for an approach shot is reducing the amount I turn my shoulders.

Cool. I'll have to work on my technique next time I get out... which may be a while judging by the weather we've been having.

I like the ricochet off the pavilion. I skipped one off the roof of a porta potty just a few weeks ago :P

Great post and perspective. that was a fun watch. I liked that you got the disc's flight on a few of the shots as well. You are crushing those discs!

Kudos on the video. I have been trying to find a good way to tape my form from above. Someone is just sitting in a tree holding the camera?
