Most Courses Played in a state you haven't lived

I've never lived in Texas (or an adjoining state, or even an adjoining state to an adjoining state), and I've played 27 courses there.

I know the high-number guys will kill that, but I'll take it.

Hector Chain, just read your review of Lakeside. Nice note on the #11 tee sign -- it's obviously a Par 3 hole. I'd never noticed the sign mistake before.

4060 PDGA vs 4375 DGCR. Eh, whatever. PDGA has the only historical numbers available to me. And if focusing on growth and growth rate, it's probably reasonable, even if the actual numbers are off.

Just looked up the latest numbers.

Course growth rate:
2010 - 6.29%
2011 - 6.38%
2012 - 7.95%
2013 - 7.92%

So add two more dots to that last graph, just under 8% each.

John, is there (supposed to be) a mando on Lakeside #18 long tee? Some of us (including me) chose to play through the right gap, toward the #1 tee.
