Very cool, didn't mean to sound doubtful, but rather curious. :)

I had heard talk of this, intently waiting to see what happens. JO is such a great experience. I can't wait to go back.

Ask Ryan for one of the Deep In The Game stamped G-FD's from last year. I think that's what you're looking for.

Yeah I'm thinking 4th run.

3rd run are domey, pearly, and stiff
4th runs are gummy and understable
5th runs are JL plastic, slight dome, stiffer than 4th runs but...

Aussie was really early this year for us in the northern hemisphere, remember though January is their summer. It has definitely been taken into consideration for the future from what I understand.

The FD3 is more OS. Like I said, if you don't have 350'+ off the tee you won't notice a whole lot of difference, but in the wind and at that power level on up you'll notice.

Also, remember...

Aussie Open, Scandinavian Open, European Open, Worlds, USDGC. We have 5 this year which is odd. You can pretty much ignore the women's, masters, and "amateur" majors for the sake of this topic

I agree with the 3rd/4th run FD. I'm assuming you're playing at elevation up in UT by the flight path description of your G-line.

5th run is also OK, but it will have more fade than a 3rd/4th run...

It has a more forward-penetrating finish than the predators I've thrown (Elite Z)

I call it "the firebird for everyone"

In C-Line its flight is similar to a Star Firebird. It's not as overstable as FAF, metal flake, crazy-meathook-style FB's. It has more fade and wind...

Ryan was nice, they cost the same as the other runs even though they're limited nowadays. :)

Do yourself a favor and drop a FD3 in there alongside your PD's, you won't miss firebirds after that. ;)

If the C-line is straight for you, the S-line will be understable. The S-line will fly like a C-line when thrown with 75% power IMO.

If you want to run a pair (but S-line is too flippy) - I'd pair...

That's a good question, and I'm looking forward to the experiment, I feel like you have to throw them differently so theoretically there's space for both. We'll have to see in reality, but I plan to...

Yeah, the Protos are noticeably more OS.

I'm digging the Oranges and Pinks because I can throw them into a smooth turnover but they have enough stability to finish flat, no worries about landing...

This is what you're looking for then. It has a very similar feel in hand but definitely can handle more power. The pink ones I've found to be the most OS so far. Give one a try and post your...

In case you didn't know (I haven't followed this thread), FD2 has a Banshee rim. I'm surprised to hear that the Banshee was more OS, typically our Anhyzer Top makes them more overstable than the mold...
