Flow should be one of the designers' top priorities in my opinion. If there are signature holes that need to be in the course then the rest of the course should be designed to accommodate those...

What about using some sort of roughed up step stone? I've seen this b4 where they weren't allow to use concrete and while it isn't the best, it is pretty functional, it can be moved and maintenance...

Actually count? Never, but I use dividers so I notice if something is missing. I usually notice on the next tee box if I'm missing something b/c my bag should be full and if a slot is empty...

No, I also throw longer when I start my disc on a slight hyzer because I can snap the disc harder that way. I haven't seen too many people that throw farther releasing flat vs. a flip up hyzer.
