I carry 5 lol. 168 S-TB for turnovers, 168 Star for straight or slightly right finishing shots, 175 Star for dead straight stuff, 175 Champ for straight to fade and a 175 JL that is for headwinds.

It may be the minority here, but would anyone else be stoked on G-Star Gators? I think those would be great. Hit and stick with still being super overstable.

Have you considered an Orc? I know it isn't in your list, so sorry for that, but it might meet your criteria for not getting out of line. Really straight and controllable for a speed 10 disc.

I almost pulled the trigger on a blue today, but it will have to wait. To me the Aviars felt like they were close to R-Pro softness, but not quite there. Perfect for an approach disc IMO.
