For shorter rollers, I use a beat-in dx Leopard. For a little more distance, a beat-in dx T-bird. Max distance, Unlace. I don't throw them too often, but useful to know.

I've got a noodle arm and if I get a good pull on a throw, I can turn my 138g over pretty hard. I gotta hyzer it a little or get some air under it to make it work for me.
