I dislike playing them and I dislike running them. But I do both for fundraising purposes because while I generally dislike other disc golfers, I love disc golf courses.

Open players like $500 added cash better than $0 added cash. Fundraising for the course itself keeps me motivated. Added cash requirements keep me motivated to never run a sanctioned event.

My home course is not in my home town nor did I design it, but I TD events there, because it's my home course.
