I have never seen a RGL that I liked. Pures were no exception. Plus all their colors were horrendous. Just by an Opto and it is all good.

I have the same issues. My problems seem to be from not keeping that leading elbow up during the pull. At least that is what I see fro watching others throw. Beato drills may help.
