An extremely overstable putter (Zone, VP) or mid (Gator, Drone) is always a nice tool for short flex lines or get out of trouble situations.

For all of the tournaments held in the greater milwaukee area, the TD has to pull a permit and pay a fee. Once that fee is paid, the course is there's for the day. This is pretty standard.
