The course map in files/links section lists Hole 18 as 438' from the short tees, but mentions that pin locations are subject to change. So pin current pin position is another variable to consider.

Probably. I'm not sure how they would enforce it otherwise. It was linked off of the local course's page as the "rules" so who knows if they enforce it.

But knee-high argyle socks? Really??
