Stretching, putts, a few mid range throws, etc. But I'm finding out I play much better when I can actually get 9 holes in BEFORE the actual round starts. This gets my rhythm, timing, etc, flowing....

What weight lifting workouts do peeps recommend that will help disc golf? I'm guessing you want more reps at light weights (for lean muscle) compared to heavy weights for bulking up? Thx.

hmm... thank you very much for the videos. I'm not seeing any excessive coiling going on. My hand position is pretty much the same. Yah...it does pay to be tall and/or skinny. Not there yet (skinny)...

In regards to driving far, I've seen it all now. 13year old kids driving 350ft, big fat guys, tall skinny guys all throwing 400+, a local pro taught a 70 year old how to throw 400ft on a high flex...

Tried this out yesterday after playing a round and was surprised how strong I felt, the distance was greater as well. The overall form "seems wrong" but it "feels right". ack...like another person...
