I hear ya OP. I put in a little course two years ago, and it is so popular that our tees are destroyed.

More $$$ and labor needed, but at least it is for upgrades and not to repair vandalism.

Nope. They never stay that way through the round so i gave up. I just mark the mold and weight on the underside of the wing. I can glance at the bag and know which disc is which.

Between the different plastics and stages of wear, they can do damn near anything, and do so reliably.
