Mmmm ... I didn't think about the spike hyzer. That is quite a bit tougher forehand. But a tomahawk or thumber is mostly the same mechanics as forehand, and can accomplish many of the same things.

I don't "work out" ... I do throw 3-600 discs about 4 times a week. I also have a grip strength training tool or two, and I stretch. It would help me to start running, but I really don't like to.

Comet was the DC attempt at a San Marino Roc, so it feels a lot like a Roc, but it has less fade.
