My drives with both just seem to be so similar. Maybe a little bit more turn from the tangent with it being more worn in, but there just seems to be such a small difference in distance potential...

Right. I just find it odd that it very clearly says "PDGA Aprroved" on the Lock Jaw I have in my hands right now and not on the PDGA Approved list. Maybe it was accidentally omitted from the list...
